I think he's referring to the memory timings? If that's your case than those 'numbers' are actually the memory's 'schedule' of when to do what and how many 'clock cycles' a single process should take so lower timings -> greater efficiency (I hope this is what you were looking for 'cause for the time i spent writing it I could've killed 3 more terrors )yea difficult to answer with a question like that
I think thats what I meant . The only option I can change in my bios is clock so it doesn't really matter

Crappy ECS budget one in "my system". It cant hit higher than 240mhz clock
