I had to give up *blush* on the Force Feed Back....last night I panned it on take off 3 times

So...I now have the new Saitek Evo.....and so far.....

WHAT A PIECE OF ENGINEERING

Didn't realise it LIT UP when the USB plug goes in....little blue and totally useless light on top, but better....the 6 base burrons glow red.... god for dark lannage

Also the head is postional with screw threads, so you turn the big chrome (yeah...real chrome ) knobs and the button head pivots AND adjusts for angle....infinite adjustment....

Throttle under thumb at beack edge.

And brushed alloy base plate.

I have NO IDEA how that is all achievable for £35 tho...but it is

yup.....just fantastic..

rubber grip...not plastic like the Cyborg Plat or Gold

The finesy hatswitch so far....prominent and definite in action....

nah its cool thnx, im using the logitech strike force 3d digtial thingy hmm.. which from looking at there website is not listed anymore... was there top of the line one tho very nice to use im just not sure how accurate it is at times...

Prolly for the best really cos if your gonna fly vef you can't afford to be restarting 3 times due to sick problems

Ironically it is just cos you have to recalibrate it every flight....

so before engine on........move joysticxk all over the place.,....and rudder....and throttle......

then its fine....

assuming you like force feed back.

I don't have to calibrate it before EVERY flight.... in fact it doesn't calibrate in game at all.. I have to do that before I load IL2, and then forget about it... might be summat to do with Win2K and XP tbh.
