    Re: Graphics Cards

Of those, the 7850 definitely. But see if you can get the GTX 660 for around the same.

    Re: Graphics Cards

Okay then if I did use the Gtx 660 or 7850 what kind of settings would I be looking at being able to run? Medium/High/Ultra?
Again I'm new to pc gaming and friendly advice will be appreciated!

    Re: Graphics Cards

The 660 is usually cheaper than the 7850 these days.

    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-g...1098mhz-cores-

Only 1 free game instead of two, but still better value imo.

The 660 is a better buy than the 7850. It's significantly faster for around the same money.

That's you buying advice? That's a cheap 7850, not anywhere near as good as the Gigabyte model.

The GTX 660 will allow you to use 4xMSAA and still have faster frame rates than the 7850. Also the frame rates are far more consistent with the minimum FPS being 20% faster despite the 4xMSAA.

Does that mean you are selling it for £50 or £250?

    Sounds kinda ambiguous!

So when you say he should "save" £100 you actually mean he should spend an extra £100?
