    It was fine in this instance, but for the later ones I think we need another (dedicated) healer as my character is more a fighter than a healer. Using a dedicated healer I can concentrate on fighting and then provide healing as a backup. We shall see anyway

    Not really, if a much higher level char attacks a mob then the noob gets no xp. Also high level buffs don't work on low level chars apparently (priest in my guild couldn't put a +20 sta buff on a level 1).

    and, if you have a relatively high leveller in your group then you get proportional exp as well..

    Did some further investigation in this tho, you can "Tag" the enemy with your first hit as a lvl 5, then a lvl 20 can kill 80% of his health who is non grouped and you get full exp, appears to be one way of doing it...

    If the level range is too large then you get nothing even if you tagged the mob though.
