    Newbie question :D

Im sure your fed up answering newbie questions but i just wanted to clarify a few things.

First of - Realms - i am connected to one - im assuming that its a server and i can connect to others if i want.
I also want to check that i can take my character to other realsm with the money and skills etc that he has built up in the first one i joined.

2nd, i noticed a lot of people just stood around in Inns etc. Why do they do this. Is this cos when they are not playing you can leave your character there? Does it do anyharm? or is it good to do this?

Im sure there will be more but i will wait to see if these geet answered - if they are dumb and you dont wanna ansa, please dont

    1) You can create chara's on multiple relms but cannot move them.
    2) They are usualy AFK, there is no use to being in an inn other than when you are in an inn (or even log out while in one) you got extra 'rest' which means the longer you are rested the quicker you gain XP out when you get back to fighting.

Being 'rested' happens when you're in a city, not in an inn. I'm not sure how long it lasts once you venture outside, but it's damn handy in XR as there are beasts all around it, ready for your blade/bow/staff etc...

    Quote:

Be sure to log out inside of an inn or major town to build up your rest bonus. This bonus is determined by how long you are in the rest area (Capital cities in their entirity) and caps at approx 1.5 level worth of xp doubling which will take around 2 weeks in a rest area to hit. The time accrues whether you are logged in or not so ALWAYS log out in an inn or capital city. Every 8 hours of time in an inn / capital city will gain you approx 5% (1 block) of double XP kills of the level.
