Yeah, no probs mate. More people we have in the guild the better.

    Little word of warning !

STAY AWAY FROM THE BREACH !

Its not to bad till you get to the wooden bridge but then you get hammered literally, I died 3 times trying to do the quest by 4 Grawl that are there, real nasty. There was me and 3 NPC's, one of which was a healer but within seconds the 3 NPC's were dead and I was soon to folow.

Think I will tackle it again once I'm about level 10, but for the moment I have abandoned the quest due to it being so hard

I wonder if there is a limit on the amount of times you can die overall, says nothing in the books about it but I did read on Gamespot that the limit is 60 then you have to start a new character apparently ?

Anyone else got any thoughts on this as I must have died now around 8 times in total.

I would be extremely surprised if there was a maximum limit to character deaths, especially as later on your character is meant to take part in PVP tournaments where they will die many times over, ive never know a game of this type to permanantly kill a a players character

I've just been reading up on it. Its just the penalties it gives when you die and keep trying without going back to a main city (lowers the overall health etc until you give up and decide to head back to civilisation)

Other than that it doesnt matter, you dont lose items and dont have to find you're corpse or anything, its just a temporary thing with no long term loss to you're character

Yeah it is a bit, the creatures seem a bit faster and alot more accurate, they can also evade the attacks. Noticed they are pretty well co ordinated with their attacks, some will stand back zapping you with whatever whilst the others surround you and hack at you.

I finally made level 8 at least and worked out how to update the armour, I have the full Ascalon Armour now, look like Ghengis Khan the way I am kitted out !

Anyone know where to get weapons from, cant find anyone in the merchant area that actually sells weapons or do you have to find the weapon craftsman and do it like the armour upgrade with ore etc and they make it for you. Only guy I managed to find does the weapon customizations (next to the 2 armourers)

I try and take them out at a distance first, but as you said, sometimes they're a bugger to spot.

Last night Couragous Colin and myself were working out of Nolani Academy, facing some serious amounts of Char. Its was insane, there was blooming hundreds of em'

Yeah, I think thats what was happening to me. There was a glowing green dude that I taken out and one of the normal Grawl, after I killed the green guy I got attacked by the 2 Grawl, one of which I had killed already, so its obvious that the green guy wasnt the healer (which I thought he was at the time, healer must have been on the other side of the bridge resurecting the already dead)

Like I say, I abandoned the quest, didnt like having to do that but thought best to and hopefully it will still be open later on. Its the one that follows on from taking the new army recruits along to the west wall gate, you get asked to check out why there is no supplies being delivered by the gate master.

Ah well, will get a few more quests done tonight when I get in from work, take a few hopefully shorter slightly easier ones to get up another level or so. Pleased I have the full set of Ascalon armour now, just need to find the guy that makes the weapons now.
