PVP lvl calculators???

The other day someone mentioned this lvl calculater, they said it turns the '??' to a lvl???? is this ture ir is he/she just telling fibs???
oh yeah and where can i get one of these?

Why don't you ask the person that told you?. I don't think its possible - cosmos used to be able to do this, but i believe blizzard stopped this in version 1.4.

Why do you need to know anyway?. If its lvl ?? you know you are likely to be in trouble as they are 10 lvls above you. How many above that is irrelevant imo...
