No-one from the HH (or ex HH) has done, but I'm sure there are a few people on our server with multiple lvl 60 characters.

I believe there is a member of Hordes Angels who has 2 lvl 60's. Will try and find out tonight.
A few people in my guild have 2 level 60s (I'm not one of them).
