Test of Honour Winners

You may have noticed Jobbie wearing a new unique tabard recently, it's because he won the Test of Honour on our server/faction.

It shows the race and class of all the people on the other servers that are winners, insteresting to see. There's even a warlock on there, maybe they'll stop complaining about their class, not likely

Jobbie ex guild member of mine, same with Vizz on the alliance side Always great to hit Jobbie now and then showing him why he's shouldn't of left, but all in good fun he's on the vent server with us at the time and its a right laugh. What are the chances. Two members that started with the guild moved on to win the honour awards on the Arathor server Grats to them both.

How did I know a nerf message was commming, instead of moaning about a mage or rouge, learn how to defeat them instead of moaning Each class has its disadvantages, find them and you use them against them. I could say the same about Shamens, nerf the buggers, they have their fingers in every pie.

Heh go read the forums..the official ones..Mages want Druids nerfed because Druids can kill them.....the nerf is always greener on the other side of the bat or something!

Everyone can kill mages 1 vs 1 except hunters and warriors. :/

I have seen mages go down to every class out there and win against every class. Each class you fight just needs a set of different elixiars and buffs, change mid fight and it can swing the whole 1v1. At the end of the day its all how the person uses their class. As with anything, there are some good and bad players.

If you're fighting someone inept it's easy to win.
With equally skilled players though, a mage will lose to any class with heals every time. Healing is a LOT more efficient than damage, so as a mage you just run out of mana or HP or both before they do unless you get a couple of lucky early crits.

Healers are the problems for us mages, but that nice counter spell magic we have is handy. Watch the hands of a healer they start casting bung on counter magic. Problem with it is it will block for 5 - 10 seconds but takes 30 seconds to use again so its pointless.

Counterspell only works on noobs who wait too long to heal. Competent healers will heal early so that even if you counterspell them, you can't kill them before they can start a heal again.

Aye, unless you get a very good pally at lvl 60 where they will stand there and save that big huge instant cast for after the counter spell. These days counter spell becomes more of a mob pulling tool than a useful spell.

Counterspell rocks, you just have to know when to use it.
