    Canon release 2 new lenses - 70-200mm F4L IS & 50mm f1.2L

Well, everyone was asking for it and now it's here - the 70-200mm F4L with IS and now 4 stops

I am actually slightly annoyed about this as I just shelled out a sh*t load of money for the 70-200mm F2.8L IS - solely because the F4 didn't have IS.

The EF 70-200mm lens will be priced around £689.99 RRP incl. VAT (half the price of the 2.8 I hasten to add) and available late September 2006 - that's if you can get hold of one, I think these will be VERY popular.

The EF 50mm lens will be priced around £1149.99 RRP incl. VAT and again; available late September 2006.

And I guess you've all heard about the new 400D Camera.

I see this lense is available now, just over £800 mark. Anyone had chance to play with one yet?
