    In fairness, Scan should set up a general comments to Scan thread where people could give praise. Otherwise it's a bit like spam-bombing the help forum which is presumably not the most helpful for Scan employees trying to find the cases needing attention. Last order I had from Scan was swift and efficient (as is usually the case) - much appreciated Scan folk.

    No problem at all. I've just sent you another message that included the tracking info. For some reason the ticket # is not updating in real time.
