Reading some of the negative posts about Mesh, I must say that it comes as something of a surprise. Mesh, for the large part, have had an excellent reputation in the ready made PC world, only being surpassed by Evesham, and more recently, Watford. But I sympathize with the people who have had a bad experience with them.

You cant honestly believe that can you mate? I havent spoken to one person who was 100% about their machine from them.
Take dell, evesham, even people like tiny and pcworld etc (beraing in mind these are prebuilts for non-computer people), seem to have loads of happy customers, but Mesh...well I dont really need to retype...Im sure everyone knows what i think of them.

I thought they seemed like a good buy, that was until the time things went wrong and they wormed their way out of providing a decent service.
They've had masses of awards from the PC press, however, most people on here have had a negative experience with them, so that has put me off them somewhat.
I was literally just about to buy a PC from Mesh, but I don't think I will now. Glad I checked for reviews first.
Have to say I'm a little surprised by all the negative feedback and wonder how much of it is due to service as opposed to quality of the pc's. We have two pc's from Mesh bought Oct03 and Mar04 and have had no problems whatsoever.
On both occasions the spec of the pc was upgraded due to shortage of a particular part ordered which was clearly to our advantage.
The build quality seems good and the components reasonable quality for the price. My first pc was from Evesham, who were great I would add, but when it came to speccing a new comp and price, Evesham were using inferior parts for the same priced comp to what I eventually got from Mesh.
Their Customer Service line does tend to be poor (and costly) but that's probably because they have students (no offence to students) manning the lines..........cost savings perhaps?
Overall, and bearing in mind that they have an "open box" policy on comp maintenace, I don't think they are a bad company.......but if you want complete peace of mind from a prebuild then Evesham are perhaps the best route..........but bear in mind your'e likely to get a 9200 series rather than a 9800 series for your graphics card!!
I bought from mesh but would not do again, whats is bad they just seem not to care, if you want more info on mesh go to the companies house website and download the company info on them from £1. You then get the real picture, profits are going down, any idea why?
