Does anywhere (reputable) sell pre built mini-ITX systems?

I need to sort out a rig for a project at work, my supervisor and I want a mini-ITX based system so it's compact. I'm all up for buying the parts and building it, but there's a reasonable chance that as a University, we have to get a ready made system. Does anyone build in that form factor? I've checked the usual suspects like Scan, but it doesn't look promising.

As I said, I'm willing to do it myself and save our group £300 in labour, but it's not my decision in the end.

Depends on the components that you're looking for, which I guess will be dictated by the workload however I can heartily recommend QuietPC.
