What PSU will I need for an HD 5450?

Well as the title says! I want a Radeon HD 5450 and have either a 230W or 305W PSU but is either enough?

Running an Optiplex GX620 so have the weird PSU types ><

Well the Dell Optiplex came in 4 different sizes

None of them seem to use a standard ATX psu, the psu in the largest case looks like it's the same width and height as a standard ATX psu but is shorter than normal
Now the 5450 is pretty low power, it would depend on the full stats of the PSU esp the number of amps on the 12volt rail and the specs of the rest of the system.

5450 doesnt have an external PCI-E Power plug and it uses pretty much the same power as an onboard GPU (IIRC - i do have one in my HTPC and i researched it) so i suspect either would be fine.
