First review (that I know of) for the EVGA B3

And it looks every bit as good as people were hoping, aside from the sleeve bearing fan perhaps. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php...tory6&reid=526

The 450W B3 looks great apart from the OCP not working at all:

According to our sources, though, it's manufactured by a sub-contractor (RSY) since Super Flower's capacity is limited.
    Who's RSY? any idea?

I only know them for contract manufacturing for SF TBH. They're still very much SF platforms though.

Seems like you would be a good person to ask.. but do you have any recommendations of smaller PSUs suitable for an ITX case?

Re: First review (that I know of) for the EVGA B3

depends what you mean by "smaller"

most PSU's come in standard size/format, which standard is used by a case is dependant on the case.

Or do you mean you've got an ITX case that takes a standard ATX psu eg coolermaster elite 130 and you want a smaller option to help make more space inside?
