Oh god please no, there are already far to many eco rubbish things around these days. I want to drive around in my large engined car and I want to have NORMAL light bulbs as I prefer them. I already pay enough tax at the petrol pumps for the car because I use more fuel therefore I pay more tax. I don't need to then be taxed again!
Before you know it we will all be driving GeeWhizzes and living in tree houses.
