Bulldozer better be worth the wait!
Its been a year and i have still not upgraded my system!
Time for a rethink as the last system spec up is now over a year old!

I know that doesnt include a graphics card, but im willing to spend up to £200 on one, but im not sure which.
Main uses for build: Graphic Design (large photoshop files/illustrator files/multiple files open at once), web design, as well as general surfing and iTunes. May try a few games too if the graphics card is good enough!
Typical Scenario: I could have 4-8 tabs open in illustrator and Photoshop as well as having itunes playing and 10-20 tabs in chrome.
I dont know if what ive chosen is a little overkill in places and weak in others so i need some expert advise before i part with the cash... i also dont know whether its worth going for an i7 or going for an i5 sandy bridge, im really out of touch with all the latest kit so need some help!
Budget of around 700-800 but may stretch to 1000.
Already have a case (Fractal R3 still in box from last year!) and monitor (Asus ProArt) so they can be taken off the list.
Want this bought and built by next weekend if poss... impatient and this current system is driving me
A few things:
1.)Go for a Z77 based motherboard
2.)Get a Samsung 830 or Crucial M4 SSD
3.)Are you going to overclock??
4.)Are you going to run multiple graphics cards??
Thanks for the quick reply Cat!
Changes noted, just looking at some alternative boards now...

BTW,this HD7950 3GB is probably worth considering if you are gaming:
http://www.dabs.com/products/gigabyt...?q=7950&src=16
It comes with a few free games, which you might be able to ditch,if you want the price to be closer to £200.
Is it not worth getting the 7970 instead.. as in noticeable difference for the extra £?
