Personally I'd be careful with ebuyer now, they are using yodel for delivery and they are one of the worst services out there.
Don't order next day with them yodel isn't guaranteed next day so may arrive late (if at all) I think the free within 5day on orders over £50 service would be ok
It's why I no longer recommend ebuyer

Yodel are awful, but ebuyer have always been really good with me, they give you the benefit of the doubt. I find Scan really difficult to deal with in comparison.

The HD5670 GDDR5 is faster than the HD6670 GDDR3(which the A10 IGP should be similar to in speed too).

I would still probably go with the XFX PRO 450W over the CX430M. Yes,the CX430M is modular but the XFX uses a better quality ball bearing fan,has better capacitors(all Japanese ones) and a longer UK based warranty too. The problem with the Corsair CX series is that they tend to use a hodge podge of good and cheapo capacitors(there are a few CapXons in there too) and a sleeve bearing fan too.

Regarding the cooler I would just go with the AM3+ stock cooler. The FM2 CPUs you are using only have a 100W TDP,whereas the AM3+ stock heatpipe cooler is rated for 125W TDP CPUs,so it should not spin that highly anyway.

(if that's still not working, here's the link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...1/IMAG0162.jpg)

Just a quick snap to let you guys know I haven't forgotten...

Just waiting on the heatsink now, keep glancing over and thinking "hmm, maybe I should just put the drives and PSU in..." haha

FWIW, I paid for next day before noon from eBuyer and it arrived by ParcelForce - I don't know if that's down to the before noon shipping, my location, or something else entirely.
