Possible Graphics card issue?

Hi,

I received my system on Friday, I installed 3dMark11 to test my system.
When the tests start I get green artefacts all over the screen and the drivers stop responding and crashes to desktop.
This seems to happen a lot with anything that I try using DirectX11. Metro 2033, World of Warcraft- Cataclysm both do it so far.
The card is on it's factory settings and the temperature is usually around 40-50 degrees c
Any idea what could be causing this problem?
