Yet again my 3XS system is failing to power up. This is exactly the same fault as the previous 2 times.
For the past couple of days it has been randomly switching off, and now it won't restart at all.
I'd reverted to using the standard bios profile instead of the Over clocked version since the system motherboard was replaced less than 2 weeks ago by your "technician" but this hasn't seemed to make any difference to my systems reliability.
There are also no obvious reasons why it is doing this.. it is located in a well ventilated area, is protected by surge protective equipment and has been switching off under no load as well as medium loads. Sometimes it has remained stable for 20 hour periods at others it switches itself off within an hour of initial boot up.
Now, I'm no statistician, but with a less than 1% component failure rate, for 3 consecutive motherboards to fail is a less than 1 in a million chance.
When i think back to the last pc I built, nearly seven years ago, all with components purchased from Scan, (1st generation Athlon XP64 3000, K8NE mobo, geforce 5800gt, 2GB 400MHz DDR) and I look at it sitting in the corner of my office, still running and working as a Mail Server, Proxy Server, Web Server, Firewall, File Server , Media Server and Print Server I begin to wonder how, for £1700, my new system, built by your own "Professional system builders" cannot seem to last for more than 4 months without a catastrophic hardware failure.
I am begining to think that the product you have built for me is unfit for purpose as a high end custom built overclocked gaming pc and I am seriously considdering my options under the sale of goods and services act to demand a full refund if we cannot come to a satisfactory agreement on a complete replacement system from your current range, because at present I have no faith that the system I have purchased will ever be reliable.
Expecting a speedy resolution
