When I said about overheating I meant the GPU which is the graphics card, is that water cooled too?

Apologies, I misread your post. I read CPU Overheating. Hopefully it is just the GPU then.
Indeed mate, its generally down to one of the two things I mentioned, could be something else of course but thats where I would start looking first. Hopefully though it will all bet resolved for you, nothing worse than stuck with a problem thats a bugger to track down whats causing it.

I have rebuilt the OS too twice. It happens in both Windows 8 64bit Preview and Windows 7 64bit SP1.
I have exactly same problem as kieranbowley. My computer is old aproximately one month and I am encountering pink screen almost daily. For now I discovered, that the problem is not related with overheating (usin SIW monitor) and take place only when browsing internet via Mozilla Firefox. On any other occasions (including playing games with graphical load for PC) nothing.
My friend said, that maybe problem can be caused by Win XP, but Kieran is using Win7 and still has problems, so this theory is out of game.
Comparing kieranbowleys machine, the only match I see is graphic card (nvidia GTX 560) and same driver 296.10. Now I'm testing older driver 295.73, it's OK for now, but I'll see in few more days.
