how much does it cost for a system build or does it depend on what spec i want it.

I'm not sure on the coolers or the case but the case has to be rack mountable. but is there anything i should change.? or you recommend.

It will depend on what you chose.
If you look at the system that they already have configured on the site, you can configure them yourselves, that will give you an idea of the cost.
Alternatively you could added each of the items above to your basket on the SCAN home page and check the total that way.
Or use a calculator to add up the prices you have at the moment and then just add the extra for the other stuff you dont have prices for afterrwards...
