It's not that I could not setup the system but I figured for an extra fiver you have an engineer on hand to sort out problems unconected to components working loose, where as my last system saw me almost stripping out the case to install a new PSU only to find out it was a MB fault and had to go back. I will not depress you with the last 2.5 years of misery with my present PC where the only good thing was that the Comos case could stand up to a good thrashing once a week. LOL

Heh. It was my experience of having to replace a PSU in an Antec Sonata III that made "not be horrible to have to work in" high on my list of desirable case features. The Sonata III was an otherwise delightful case, but it should never be necessary to have to remove the motherboard in order to make space to get the the PSU in and out ...

Well I have to say thanks to Philip for keeping his word. Just got e-mail saying machine is ready to be picked up by their courier.

So. I was told on Tuesday 5th that it was built and had passed QC, and that it would go into dispatch that day, and there was a slim chance I'd get it yesterday. Yesterday (6th) I got an email saying it had entered dispatch. Since then no call about delivery slot. I'm hoping to get it before the weekend. Is this likely?

I got mine delivered yesterday afternoon (nearly fell through the floor when the courier rang and said he had to do bradford first then he would bring mine to woodhall spa lincs and he arrived only ten minutes outside his estimate). Was it worth the wait oh yes best built one I've ever owned and the Antec 193 case is really quiet even with all the Apache fans on full speed.
The Scan couriers really cover some miles, yestrerday it was Bradford then lincs and when he left me he was off to birmingham and he told me today he was doing London and the south east so you should be qetting a call very soon. I see CHARLIEcat64 has his machine finished as well.
