Just out of intrest, i ordered LN24872 a netgear NAS box, with my system, it currently has a promotion for a free HDD that expires 30 sept, given i have ordered my system well in advance of this, having ordered on the 7th and been given a dispatch date of 21st, if you end up delaying the delivery of my PC system beyond the 30th September will you take responsibility for the loss of a free promotional HDD that Netgear are offering?

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the purchase date is on the 30th September or before the claim is valid.

I would suggest the NAS Box is part shipped to ensure you submit the claim form on time, if you can send me the Invoice Number I can arrange this...

Many thanks for sorting this, have been updated on pc status, currently awaiting results of 24h burn in, and have received NAS box part shipped to send off for free HDD!
