Confirmation of Delivery. Scan Emails Not Working

I am awaiting confirmation of when my system will be delivered. I have tried to email but they keep coming back as undeliverable.

The online build status said it was built and completed yesterday at 12.58 and was ready for despatch.

I have now received an email stating that it 'may be' Tomorrow or Friday for delivery.

I need to make arrangements to be around for the delivery so can someone get back to me with a definite answer.
