Where's my System?

How do I find out the build number for my 3XS system so I can track it? I haven't recieved anything by e-mail and the last I heard from Scan was on Monday when they said they were checking if things were out of stock. How long does it usually take to find out if if any items are out of stock or not? At the same time as my system I ordered LN29161 and LN29304. LN29304 arrived on Tuesday, but ever since then the order tracking says "Order Completed" and makes no mention of any of the other things I ordered.

I am not actually the person who placed the order as the person who placed it is away between Monday-Friday, but I am concerned as to what happened to the order as it is intended for me. I cannot send e-mails using this person's account and I have been informed that no further e-mails have been recieved. I am just wondering whether it is normal or not for stock checking to take this long? Also no build number has been sent so I can't track it with the online tool.

Unfortunately I am unable to give you any information including build numbers or invoice numbers do to the fact you are not the person who ordered the system.

However if you can send me an email philipp@scan.co.uk with all the details you have I will look into it and look from there.
