VGA + Headphone --> HDMI

Basically I'm looking for a way to hook up my SCAN PC to my Panasonic Viera 42" Plasma.

Ideally, I'd like to have a cable from one of the extra VGA ports and a 3.5mm cable from my headphone jack and I'd like them to merge into the sweetness of an HDMI cable.

Is there anything out there that might do this? Does Scan.co.uk have anything?

Lots of places sell them, I wont give any links but just search google for vga audio to hdmi and you will get loads of places doing exactly what you want.

Not sure if Scan has anything though.
