    Thumbs down Lack of response.

I received my overclocked bundle (i5 2600K) but on first boot I got an overclock failed message and after both the profiles were showing 3.3Ghz instead of 4.7.

Now this isn't the main problem, I've been emailing scan since the 5th of May asking if they would resolve the issue and email me my OC settings and I haven't heard a peep. This is quite disappointing as I was promised at least some semblance of service.

The query should have been passed to Returns once the Bundle was shipped, it wasn't and was still under New Systems and this is why the query wasn't responded to.

I've sent a reminder so hopefully it won't happen again.

    Re: Lack of response.

    Hi

    This should resolve the issue

If the Overclock has failed message comes up on the screen you can reload the bios profile by doing the following

    Gigabyte Motherboards
    *******************
Press Del to enter Setup as the system starts
Press F12 on the main screen and Select the following
    Profile 1 - Standard
    Profile 2 - Overclocked

    Asus Motherboards
    ***************
Restart the system and Tap Del to enter the bios

    Goto Tools
    Asus OC Profile

Load from Profile (Press Enter) select 2 (For Overclock)
or Load from Profile 1 for Standard Non Overclocked Settings
Press Esc then F10 and Save the settings and exit

    Regards

    Ben

    Re: Lack of response.

    Hi

On a Sandy Bridge system the overclock will only show if the CPU is under load, you can download Prime 95 and run this and CPUz to test this once the profile is loaded
