Hi all,
I ordered my 3XS system from scan last month and have been watching the progression of my build via the online tracker from the beginning up until now the despatch date has been 5/7/11 and has not changed, it is now the 7/7/11 and for the last day my PC is at stage 9 (waiting for dispatch). Once it reached stage 9 a new link apeared on the scan build tracker which directs me to DPD parcel tracking which is misleading as DPD are not delivering my PC but netsolve are (even though i chose only delivery not setup). Therefore the link is useless and i cannot track the item. I have recieved no phone call from netsolve at all .... so i phoned scan customer service and they assured me that my PC was on its way and will be delivered today. It is now 15:00 and i doubt it will arrive today.
All the above information means that i had to book the 6th (yesterday) and 7th (toaday) off work to wait for my PC which i believed was being dispatched from the 5th (therefore i took the 2 day possible delivery wait into consideration). If this is the normal procedure of a supposed reliable company i am very suprised. unless my PC arrives in the next 2.0 hours which i doubt i will be forced to book tommorow off work as well (as i do not get paid holiday with my work. this will cost me 3 days wages) and possibly even monday
I do hope my PC arrives promptly and this post triggers some sort of movement on scans part to keep me informed with UP-TO-DATE information, I thoroughly researched scan as a company (or i thought i did) before buying this PC and I am sadly disapointed with the lack of customer service.
There is one common theme in all of the threads i have read about netsolve within this Hexus board and it is once you complain and make a post; things start getting moving - it shouldnt have to work this way but after i send this post i hope it does for me
