As for your previous question about the enermax fan, I assume you mean the one that would be on the inside of the case, just turn it so the internal fan is facing the vent, you can put them any direction, there is no up or down.

cant believe how fast this system is too. it installed wndows 7 ultimate in about 6 minutes.

For the graphics card if there is a display on your screen and the monitor is plugged into the graphics card(not the onboard graphics if there is one) then its working fine, just get the latest drivers from nvidia or amd depending on who made your card.
Other than that enjoy, always nice to build your own machine
