No build number

Re a custom build 3xs tower I`ve ordered. I suppose I`m a little impatient, but I haven`t had a build number emailed yet, Just an email 2 days ago stating the order would be checked against parts. Any idea when I will get an update? Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply. I`ve now had a detailed email from Phil answering my query. A bit disappointed about the length of time for build, but looking forward to a quality built machine.

Hi, build is due tomorrow, are you able to confirm it will go ahead? Also you are hoping to have it ready for dispatch on the 28th. If this happens does this mean I would get it on the 29th or would it likely roll into the following week? If it was to be the following week then would I be able to collect by myself as an option on the 28th or 29th? Thanks in advance...

Can you possibly update the build process page? Its been stuck on awaiting parts since I ordered 15 days ago. I`ve had no updates sent to me apart from an email reply yesterday (advising of more delays) - after several phone calls and emails......Lack of communication and delay is frustrating

Out of curiosity. What is your build number? Mine was supposed to be started on the 23rd. I sent an email first thing yesterday morning. Got a reply about 8hrs later saying they were 2 days behind.

The last 2 digits are 20. Build should have been 23rd, told on phone Monday, now Tuesday and no sign of progress. Should have gone to Overclockers...

My last two are 22. I wouldn't mind if we were kept up to date of what's going on. One email yesterday which was nearly at the end of the day saying they are running two days behind. And I haven't received anything since.

If it helps anyone, the last 2 digits of my build number are 11 and I placed my order in the first week of March. I know that my system was built on Tuesday but hasn't progressed far from there since. It looks like they might be pretty busy right now (perhaps because of Kepler's launch?).

Glad to hear it! Mine is complete but hasn't been handed to the delivery people, or they haven't contacted me yet. Looks like I'll be working this weekend on my old box to make my deadline.

What was your spec? I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures
