Hmmm. No email updates or change in the online tracker so I thought I'd give Scan a call. Apparently my system was picked up last night after all (reassuringly, on the 4th business day) and I am to expect a call from Netsolve today.
So, to reassure the OP, it seems the build was completed in the 4 days. I am however a little concerned with the amount of chasing I have had to do with this system (4 phone calls, a couple of emails, but always met with helpful staff), and from what I've read of Netsolve, I don't know how much chance there is of a call today. I'll report back if I hear anything.
