Potential Return of an item

Hi there, I made a fairly large order from you a week or two ago. Well my motherboard has just come in (MSI p55 gd65)

In the order, I bought a Zalman CNPS10x Extreme CPU Cooler.

I'm having real trouble mounting this on my motherboard. I've watched videos, read the manual and tried over and over again (Even went to homebase to buy an assortment of long screwdrivers to see if they worked) but it still wouldn't screw properly in place after 2 hours of tirelessly trying.

I'm just wondering if it would be possible to return this item to you for either a refund or a gift voucher of some sort so that I can put it towards a new cooler (Or when a new mounting bracket) comes out.

I've just about had it with this cpu cooler.. The mounting mechanism is fine, it's just Zalman haven't thought of the size of it as it just gets in the way when trying to screw it down.

Looking forward to a reply although not possible to call you until Wednesday/Thursday
