Arctic cooling freezer 7 rev 2 issue

I have just received my new Arctic cooling freezer 7 rev 2 cooler from you only to find that it has a serious flaw. The mounting bracket will not fit on my AM3 motherboard without crushing my core. Actually even if the CPU wasn't there I still don't think it will fit !!

I have noticed a few forums popping up with issues with this, also people speculating that Arctic cooling know of this issue, hence they haven't pushed any review samples out.

Have you had any issues? Please can I get mine returned for an exchange for something else?

56 views and no reply from anyone at scan. Please can someone from scan reply as I would like to RMA and replace with a different cooler, if possible.
