    Scan ARE NOT selling used faulty goods

    Yes thats right Scan sent me the same faulty PSU i ordered months ago which i then RMAed, this is the last straw i will never be shopping with Scan again,

    The proof:

    Original title incase it is changed : Scan now selling used faulty goods

    Oh and on top of that the 3 pin plug used top connect it to the mains is missing.

    The goods were not faulty / used products they were unused by yourself and returned, checked as ok by ourselves and put back into stock.

    Also to add the reason for returning the FSP Power Adapter purchased for the second time is not because it's faulty but for the same reason as was originally returned.


    "Id like to ruetun the power supply from this order under the distance selling regulations."


    So there is no evidence to confirm this Power Adapter was ever or is now faulty.

    Note:
    Buying and returning products repeatedly follows a pattern of purchasing products through the free carriage offer, with the intention to re-selling through a Company and or to keep stock replenished at SCAN's cost.

    This does not apply in this particular instance but for future reference this would be classed as abuse and if confirmed as a pattern that is consistently repeated may result in the free carriage offer being permanently removed from the customer.
