reference RMA <213600>
Hi there
Basically this has been going for a fair bit and I am very keen to have it cleared up.
I am told that the item i am rma'ing is no longer available and a replacement was suggested that is of lower value than the item I originally bought.
Could a scan representative please tell me my options.
e.g could i get a refund?
or could I selct another replacement and pay the difference?
