The above order is set up for RMA (RMA number 214832) as it arrived in used condition.
(CS confirmed from the serial number that it was used for 'sample testing' and should have been in as-new condition although this was hardly the case, with marks to the heatsink base, some bent fins and mounting hardware loose inside the retail box.)

The return was initially set up as refund so that the cooler could be re-ordered to avoid delays and collection was booked in for Friday 18th December.
However, despite re-ordering yesterday (Invoice Number: E1367095), I notice that it's still a 'pre-order' item without an ETA.

I was hoping to receive it by this weekend, to complete a build when I have some free time.
Could you advise whether this is likely and, if not, whether we may then come to some arrangement over the used NH-D14, which I would be willing to keep if appropriately discounted, as otherwise I will be without one this w/e?
