    Sort your packing out lads.

I had to RMA a broken Motherboard back in the email it said please make sure you pack it safley with lots of bubble wrap or in a box.
So i return my RMA in bubble wrap inside a nice box i ask for a refund as the board was found to be faulty, the new board turned up today in just a DPD bag not even bubble wrap round the box which may i say has quite a few dents in it i have not tried it yet so i can not say if it works but it looks like it should be fine.
So guys you send out a £152.00 Motherboard just in a bag but with no other protection.
Oh yer and im glad fate paid a part in my life today i was just going out when the expected time of the parcel was to be deliverd leaving my wife in doors saw the dpd man jump out the van with a box and saw him go 5 doors down the road from me,he went back to his van i asked him excusse me have you got a parcel for me stating name and address he replied no.
I said well you should have its in the time window for delivary i showed him some id then he relised that sacn had put the wrong address on he went to the house to fetch my parcel.
So if i had not caught the dpd man i would be now making a phone call to scan for a replecment,so to sum up crap packging and the wrong address its not like im new to scan nearly every time i get new stuff i order from scan.
    Not a happy customer.

I can confirm the delivery address was changed to 112, from 120 checking through previous order's placed over the sales line there have been 3 other deliveries sent to number 112 and signed for by yourself... But all of the order's placed on line have always shipped to 120.

I would expect a motherboard to be packaged with bubble wrap and will speak to the warehouse Manager about this and if you have any further issues with the motherboard.

    Best Regards

Chris i dont live at 120 m8 i live at 122 lol you cant even get my address right in the reply thread.
No other package has ever gone to 112 before you sent a graphics card once to a completly differn address that was 12 i had to go pick it up lol.
If you did send a package to 112 it was probaly when city link was delivaring and the driver was used to my address and name.

I'm not trying to blame you

I have checked your account and can confirm your address is correct, so this shouldn't happen again but please let me know if you experience any further issues.

    Best Regards
