LN29034 - item is different from website

LN29034 - Asus NVIDIA G 210 Graphics Card

I bought this to go into my HTPC (an old Shuttle XPC I'm recycling) and ordered it as it stated it is low profile and single slot.

However the nice delivery man has just handed it to me and it's certainly low profile, but instead of a single slot device with a fan it's a dual slot card with a massive passive heat sink on it .

Normally I would applaud this as silent FTW but it's useless to me as dual slot won't fit into my Shuttle... I won't be building my PC this weekend!

Can the website be changed so others don't mistakenly order this please, and how also how can I arrange for this to be collected and refunded?
