Not urgent, and I don't need anybody to check anything yet, but I filled in an OLQ form on Sunday when I found out the PSU I received last week is defective (makes loud clicking/ticking noises as the fan goes round) and I want to send it back for a refund, and at 3.15 pm on the Monday, there's been no email to acknowledge the OLQ.

As I say, not urgent as I've ordered and paid for a replacement to be delivered tomorrow so I can get my rig up and running properly while you process it, but It's the lack of feedback from Scan that I find frustrating - I don't have an RMA number and if I hadn't written down the OLQ number, there'd be no trace of my having done it. Is this normal, or should I have had an auto confirm?
