Ordered a new case (Fractal Design Define R3) along with some other items. The case turned up with one of the acoustic panels detached from the side panel, got an RMA, and Scan arranged pickup for Wednesday.
Took the day off work, at home all day, Courier never showed up!
Email to Scan, got the pickup arranged for Friday, (today), another day off work. I reconfirmed with Scan that pickup was arranged in the morning - they confirmed...
Courier again never showed up!
I am now very irritated!
I now have zero confidence that the courier will ever turn up if I get pickup arranged again.
How can I get this resolved?
