    Dead Motherboard

I just a couple of questions about returning my mobo through RMA. I've contacted you can got a RMA number.

It mentions about returning it with some protection. Although because of the size of the original mobo box I have nothing bigger to add extra protection. I was wondering if I could send the mobo in a anti-static cover in a random box with polystyrene bits? Would this be acceptable?

Also I would like a bit of advise what you would recommend as the best (cheapest) option of returning the package?

    Hi,

How you have described would be suitable for returning the goods.

I would suggest using either Royal Mail recorded or Parcel's 2 go as the cheapest option.

However please do not return any goods to SCAN before the 04/01/11

    Regards

I'm guessing by your response that you are shut soon for the holiday until Jan?

I was planning to send it Wednesday morning. If I send it by Royal Mail it wouldn't get to you on Bank Holiday dates and if it comes on a day you are closed they will hold it 7 days until you can arrange a new delivery date?

    Re: Dead Motherboard

I sent it by Royal Mail this morning and hope for the best because I didn't get much response from this thread.
