New Psu not wOrking as it should.

i have sent an OLQ my number is OLQ891683

my xfx 650w psu turned up today. i plugged all the cables in in my case and put the power cord in the plug and all of my fans came on at a very low speed i felt this was odd as my other psu doesnt do this. When i powered down the pc again the fans stayed on. I left the pc plugged in but off when i went to pick my son up from school and 25 mins later the fans were still spinning.

IT appears my brand new psu is bleeding power for whatever reason, Can i get this replaced PLEASE!!!!

where are your fans plugged into? mobo headers or psu-molex
when you power off do they spin on at full speed or reduce to the low speed?

all fans stay on at low speed some on motherboard some on molexs.

IT is not a thermal feature of the PSU as it does it as long as there is power going to the psu even before pc is on and it stays on forever too.

Scan have given me rma number now

Just found out that its not the psu that was faulty Damn!!!!

yeah case had usb 3 ports on the top and i didnt realise they were usb 3. They were plugged to a header on the motherboard. my old psu never had an issue with this but the two xfx psu'si had did as soon as i unplugged it problems went away
