A Samsung HD103UJ hard drive I bought from SCAN in September 2008 has failed.
The drive will still be under warranty so I went to the Samsung site to arrange a RMA but it says the warranty is not valid Code 103.
Doing a search it seems SCAN know about this issue. Why werent customers informed about it.Code 103 The product has been brought in from outside of this service region and cannot be serviced. Please contact your reseller or distributor
