    Pre-used block?

    Hello,

    I received today an EK full cover water block for my GTX 460 VGA. However, on opening the box, I found the sealing sticker EK puts on the clear plastic bag was broken.

    Could someone look into this for me please (order number entered into the field above)? I don't want to install a faulty/preused block onto my expensive VGA, for obvious reasons.

    I've contacted EK, but they've told me to simply get in touch with the retailer.

    I have tracked the SCIL and confirmed there is no movement history for this product, it was shipped from the manufacturer to yourself.
