    poor service

    worked in Customer sevice for a long time so im not to impressed with whats going on right now.

    i placed my order on the 14th march and payment was quickly accepted , i recieved a email on the 17th stating "I have booked your system in for build on 25th March, this is the earliest slot I have at the moment if an earlier slot becomes available I will email you an update on the build and delivery date."

    well its 2 days past my build date and the status still says awaiting parts, not one email ive sent asking about the stock situation has been answered and my "ready for delivery on the 30th" is looking to be out of the window now, obviously never recieved an email stating before the build date that a stock issue still existed either.

    i got a large hole in my bank balance and still nothing to show for it

    anyone from scan care to comment?

    Thank you for the feedback.

    I can see the order placed on the 14th March, Build date of the 25th March and despatch on the 30th was confirmed on the 17th March.

    At this point I can confirm that there are no stock issues and everything has been allocated to your order.

    I apologies you have not yet received a response to your e-mail on the 20th March. I have just spoken to the System Build dept and have been advised we are currently looking at a 2 day delay due to the volume of order's so we would be looking to have the system fully QC'd and ready to ship by Friday 1st April.

    We do apologies for the delay and if an earlier slot becomes available we shall update you by reply.

    not wishing to stir the pot again but i see my order has still not reached "building" status in the systems tracker?

    That can be delayed in viewing, when I got my 3xs pc last year, it did all the stages at once on the tracking page.

    well im happy enough that the system has finally been built however now remains the issue of delivery, i assume that since i havent been contacted today (saturday) that theres no chance at all its being dispatched till probably tuesday?

    i cant recieve delivery after wednesday this week,

    think more info about delivery times and delays etc should be available during ordering, not after ordering.

    any point me emailing for an update again seeing as the last 2 havent been answered?

    according the the system status page its at 100% and despatch date listed as yesterday, i havent recieved any phone calls....
