Edimax router (Used, free hairs included?)

Bought this today, took it home and opened it (didnt have the usual selofane round it like most boxes usually do). There is hairs attached to the router, whether they be dog hairs or human hairs, either way its a bit gross.

I then proceeded to plug it in, connected via the IP address for the router, default settings are Admin & 1234. Incorrect password, this is obviously a used product if the free included hairs wasnt a big give away, the fact that the default password had been changed was. Once the router was on it was really slow to nagivate the menu's, sometimes would require you to restart the browser.

I gather i can return it tomorrow (im coming to scan anyway for other bits), given the fact this is the first time ive bought an edimax router..impressions aint the best, hopefully i can get a credit note and get the Dlink i should of bought in the first place !
