Recently purchased some parts for a new build from you (Scan.co.uk) and I am having big problems with the graphics card.
The system works fine until I do anything that stresses the graphics card. I.e. Playing a game.
After 5-10 minutes of playing a game it causes the graphics card driver to stop responding. It does this every time without fail.
I have rolled back and tried 5 different sets of drivers. I have installed windows again on another separate driver and tried tried it with no result.
I am now using my old graphics card and I have no issues so it has to be a fault with the card itself.
I received my order this Tuesday just gone (23rd August) so I am wondering what my options are?
Can I send it back to you for a refund? This is what I would like to do. I will of course be buying another card to replace it but I am just wanting to know what I can do about this situation.
If I can send it back for a refund I would like to.
