Item arrived looks 2nd user!

I paid £65 for the fractal arc mini case and it has scuffs all over it! it also has signs of usage in the dvd rom bay and hdd cage area! there is marks on the top, back, bottom from, and if the damn inside! i am not happy scan really not happy!

I will be on the phone soon if i cannot resolve this here

Dude whilst I agree getting what could be second hand stuff sucks, bumping it out of hours isnt going to get it looked at any quicker.

I know but still anger inside acted i have yet to ring them, was really busy sanding some stairs yesterday earning some extra pennys which i am doing again....lucky for me i do have the internet here but no damn phone lol

Ok, well after further inspection i found 3 broken clips in the top, a fair few marks which indicate a dvd drive aswell as a hdd was installed into this case. But i will take your word for it and seems as i will be ripping the case to bits and respraying it i really cannot be bothered with the RMA hassel, But i would like to know if it's possible for a replacment top bezel as the 3 broken clips to bother me abit....
