    scansure

    Hello,

why do u have scan sure as default?

i just phoned customer service and they will not even cancel it.

-- yes i checked your conditions, but really having it on my default is a con.

the amount of money i have spent with scan, and they have just lost a customer

NB this was on a joystick for about 20 pounds

    poor service

lol the best bit is they are happy to lose there customers over 97 pence

    Re: scansure

I apologise we can not removed the cost after the Invoice has been completed this is stated in the terms. Scansure can be removed on the first stage of ordering it clearly asks you if you require it or not this is a simple two click process. You have been ordering for nearly a year now and on most of your orders you have removed the Scansure which tells me you are aware of the policy. I understand its only 97p and I would of offered free delivery on your next order but I see you have had this since January with Hexus.

Scansure is a proven policy to which no other company offers but we understand you have the right to remove it hence we give the option.

Our customer service team have no way of refunding once the Invoice is complete but if you want to place an order over the phone and ask for me I will not hesitate to knock off 97p off your next order.

    Best Regards

    Re: scansure

Thank you for replying, it just annoys me when I forget and it costs me money, thank you for your offer but its just the principle and a pain in the ass that you have a non refundable insurance policy on by default

    ----------

but as you know there are not any companies that can match you, for price and service , but if i could change one thing it would be this........... i think i got the scansure refunded last time but like you said i think it was like 30 min after the order.

    thanks for writing bk
